Direct Debit

With direct debit, your payments are automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card on the due date - you'll never miss a payment. You'll still receive your bill, but we will deduct your outstanding balance before the due date.

There are two ways you can set up your direct debit:

  1. To debit your bank account, call 09 5349644 or email info@smartbillingsolutions.co.nz.
  2. To debit from your credit card, complete our online direct debit form below.

Note: All credit card payments are processed through Stripe, and incur a 30c and 2.78% surcharge on top of the amount paid.

Direct Debit FAQs

A Direct Debit is an authorisation to your bank that allows payments to be taken directly from your account.

Stripe is a global network optimised for taking payments straight from your bank.

Your bill is always paid 3 business days before the due date, so you never need to think about your bill at all. If the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, we'll debit your account on the next business day.

If you wish to change any details of your direct debit, click on the Change direct debti details button. To cancel the set up, contact us and we'll process this for you.

All credit card payments are processed through Stripe, and incur a 30c and 2.78% surcharge on top of the amount paid.

Direct debit payments from your bank account do not incur additional charges.
